Tea Types - Sensory Lab @ David Jones

Since the first tea leaf fell serendipitously into a waiting cup of hot water & then someone did it again
( or shortly after )
people have been politely at odds about what tastes better...

Green tea or Oolongs

Gen Mai Cha or Hojicha

Well... you follow.

As for this guy, I think its all great!

The warmth and fragrance of my drink, what ever it is, makes the big first impression and it's that promise of taste that means a lot to me.

Others want to watch their brew, see the leaves unfurl, watch the subtle changes in the color of the liquid.

I want to know what does it for you...

What type of teas & tisanes you most look forward to at tea time?

So lets try something...

For the next 2 weeks when you visit Sensory Lab you'll find a selection of SerendipiTea samples on the counter, green teas, Oolongs, tisanes, black tea they'll all be there I encourage you to pick one that moves you, take it home , taste it and then return to this Blog, our Facebook or Twitter pages and leave a comment about the tea you've tried.

As usual we'll give you something nice if you do. ( lets keep that a surprise )

So get down to

pick up a sample ( or two or three ) and let us know what you think.

What Tea type are you?
